Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Spirit Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL) nel mese di feb 2017
Colloquio
Was told it was to start at 7am., already there were close to 100 people in line when I got there at 6:15. We were seated in a big ballroom for a FYI talk and presentation. Then split into groups of about 80 for the Fishbowl question. We were kept waiting both before and after. Seemed like we were being watched the whole time, especially during the wait times. Had lunch then on to 1:1, another wait then called in. Had to lift the 50lb bag over my head first then the interview. It seemed like a normal interview. More waiting.... then was told that I was invited to training. Lots of paperwork, drug and alcohol test and fingerprinting. That part seemed the most disorganized and took a long time. Didn't get finished until after 8pm.
All the Spirit employees that were a part of the process seemed very nice, helpful and friendly. And the all seemed to love their job!

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
