Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Spirit Airlines (Chicago, IL) nel mese di mag 2013
Colloquio
I went to the open house. You had to speak in front of everyone about yourself in 30 seconds. If you went over your allowed time, they didn't select you. Then after everyone was finished, they split 150 of us into two groups. Have went on to the next interview, the other group was told they weren't selected. There was another group interview where the same thing took place. We were asked one strange question then split up into two groups again. One group was asked to come back the next day for a one on one interview, and the other group wasn't.

Colloquio
Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
