I applied , and received an email about one month after , we scheduled a phone interview and currently waiting to see how it goes , I have the interview Wednesday

There was a phone screen where they went over the job requirements and benefits. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview at the Miramar office. It started in a conference room. They introduced the company and several team members who had started off as crew schedulers and were quickly promoted. From there, there were a few different activities that candidates were pulled out of the conference room for at different times. 1) 1 on 1 interview with two team members. 2) time zone map test and a excel test. No drug test. I got an offer a few days later.
