Practicing pouring drinks, working in a team, setting up bar, talking to customers, cutting fruit and prepping for the day. Would also do communication practices and talking to customers. Quite an easy interview process, it all takes place with lots of people in a team. It's not an individual interview.

wasn't too hard, was quite long though 5 hours or so practicing setting up and free pouring. If you have bar experience it should not be an issue and if not you can learn quickly
