You apply and will receive a text to book a phone interview and it takes about 12/15 minutes and usually you will get an offer on the spot. Onboarding is complicated just follow the guides

Colloquio
It was a group interview, very casual. The interviewer would go around in a circle asking questions, such as what part of the island are you from or are you a student and if so what school do you attend. She explained the responsibilities very clearly and explained that getting certified as a lifeguard would be the second interview, and if you were successful at that, you were then hired.
Interview process was very simple and easy. I've never seen anyone get turned down from an interview here. The constantly hiring and looking for people. The lifeguard skills test is where some people might have more difficulty getting through, but even then, it's pretty easy to pass.
