I applied online and within a few days I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Following the success of that screening, I was scheduled to speak with the CEO along with four executives. Each of these were separate Zoom interviews scheduled several days apart. After each interview, the person said he liked my background and would strongly recommend me to the next person.
After several weeks of these interviews, I received a boilerplate generic "thanks but no thanks" email from HR. For an executive-level position, there should have been at least a personalized direct email from HR.
The final communication was extremely unprofessional.

It was really fast but there were major red flags so avoid this company like the plague. The person you are reporting to didn’t disclose she was going on leave until the final round - should have been transparent with all candidates at the beginning before they get you deeper into the process. It’s alarming that they hire quickly but they fire fast. Offer was rescinded immediately after I negotiated salary even though they said they could make it work over the phone. They lie and are dishonest which indicates bad culture and bad organization overall. They showed their red flags immediately.

The process was quick. The manager told me I would hear back from her with next steps within 24 hours only to be sent a rejection email. The interviews are only 15 min. Spend more time getting to know your potential employees. I would not recommend this company.
