My experience wasn’t entirely negative, but there were several red flags throughout the process. Although the role was initially described as an urgent hire, the timeline for decisions has been very unclear, and the process continues to drag on. This aligns with other reviews I’ve read where interviews were scheduled outside of the office, and responses to questions about it felt inconsistent or evasive. I invested significant time going far into the process, including completing a project and presenting it. Currently, I can't shake the feeling that my work may have been used without the genuine intent of moving forward. I’d advise proceeding with caution.
