I interviewed with Splore, but the process was quite confusing.
The first round was a call with HR, during which the camera was not turned on. While that is not unacceptable, it did feel a little unprofessional.
For the second round, I was asked to prepare a case study and present it onsite. The interviewer shared some constructive feedback, which I genuinely appreciated and learned from.
However, after that, I never heard back. Even after sending a follow-up email to HR, I did not receive any response. This left me with the impression that the company either lacks respect for candidates or struggles with basic process management.
