One of the worst interview experience, simply it was a disaster and damaging. I have 5 interviews, first was from recruiting manager by phone who just did screening interview, and I was clear that am actively looking for job because my previous employer didn't pay my salaries. The second interviewer was very friendly, and he asked me related questions and we discussed many things. I believe I did well, and he told me : "You will be the first customer success manager in the middle east". It was like WOW, finally my dream comes true to work for international company. Both the third and fourth interviews were at same day, also phone interview. Again I believed I did well and answered the questions as much as I can. Finally, after two weeks of waiting I did last interview, and the interviewer ask me things that are not related at all. He told me that this position is very challenging and very critical to the company and etc. I told him simply I like working under pressure, and if you give me this chance I will not let you down. I completed all 5 interviews and I was waiting for the feedback. You can imagine someone desperate for the work, and excited to be with such company. I had other offer from other company, but keep it on hold waiting a reply from splunk Unfortunately, after the long wait, splunk rejected me and find other person, without providing any feedback. Now, I don't know what justification I have to provide to the other company about my delay in response to the offer. I hope their offer is still valid.
