I was ghosted twice by the recruiter... Extremely unprofessional and no respect for a candidates time. As the face of the company, the recruitment staff needs to get their act together. I dropped out of the interview process after the second time I was ghosted since it left such a bad impression of the company.

Really unprofessional recruitment process. Hiring Managers need to talk to recruiters since they are unaware of the incompetency that recruiter showcase.
They made me go through the recruiter round (rather simple), hiring manager round (great conversation) and 6 rounds of final interviews which was quite comprehensive in nature.
Never heard back, still haven't heard back. The recruiter wanted to chat but never followed up on that I was told my interviews went well and I did well but they never gave me an offer or declined an offer.
