Phone interview with the manager and then on-site. While on-site met with 8 recruiting coordinators and then the manager. A total of 9 people. The overall process was very unprofessional. The recruiting coordinators didn't look like they were enjoying their time there and didn't do a good job with explaining the work culture in a positive light.

Terrible experience! I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager and a few days later, I was invited to participate in a 3 hour back to back Skype interview with 6 different people. I wasn't given any time in between the interviews to go to the washroom or to take a quick break. Although all the interviewers were friendly and informative, I had an overall bad experience with Splunk due to their inconsideration of my time and their lack of professionalism nearing the end of the recruitment process. It has been almost 2 months and I have not heard back from the hiring manager. When I followed up and asked for an update on my candidacy, the response I got was that they were going to get back to me and they never did. I don't think I would ever apply to any future positions at Splunk again and am extremely displeased with their candidate experience.
