Recruiter never screened me before setting up a panel interview which was a red flag. Really makes you feel like they don't care. Panel interview was two people on different days. Both interviews were dreadfully boring, impersonal, and inauthentic. Each person just read 4-5 generic questions off of a page. Both people seemed unexcited about working at Splunk. My only regret during this process was not withdrawing myself from consideration immediately. Run!
