Quick recap: in 2020 I had 5 interviews between different managers + a role play. I was not hired with a random feedback regarding lack on experience.
In 2021 I spoke to internal recruitment manager for a renewal specialist role and after 3/4 calls they told me that I had too much experience for that role.
In 2022 I had another interview for an account management position. The manager was complaining that the person hired back in 2020 in my place left the role uncovered with all the related issues. Never got any feedback for that interview after that call.
Please bear in mind I was endorsed/recommended every time by one of their best employees.
In the past months, they got in touch again for the 4th time.
This situation is very embarrassing.
I have never been in this situation with any Company I got in contact during my whole career.
Wondering if they use any kind of tool to keep track of all the interviews or they just do guess work.
I was shocked as a respectable Company as SPLUNK behave so unprofessional.

after my interview, the man i interviewed with Josh Pigott turned around and contacted my direct boss without my consent or knowledge. They worked together at Splunk at one point. He not only told her I interviewed but told her what was said in the interview. I know this is a fact because a coworker at my current company reached out and asked if I interviewed with Splunk. This co-worker repeated back to me things I said in the interview and said everyone knows the man I interviewed with ( I only interviewed with one ) called my boss and told her. Shockingly I wasn't selected for the role at Splunk and now my job is in jeopardy. I fully believe I was sabotaged in that conversation. I would make sure to not add anyone on Linkedin and leave your current employer, if you are still there, off your resume when applying. I don't know if he did it on behalf of Splunk or on a personal level. but it was highly unethical and unprofessional. I also wouldn't trust him as a boss. THe best part was I didn't even apply for that role, because of my experience I was recommended for that role. then was back stabbed by my interviewer and passed over for the job.
Very bad and disrespectful interview experience. The HR reached out to me and when I provided my availability for the interview, the HR totally ignored me despite a few follow up. An absolute time waster and one of the most terrible interview experience I have ever had so far.
