I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter for a phone call. After that, I was set up with a director on the team for the next stage interview. I was then set up for a panel interview that was scheduled over four days. The first interviewer on Tuesday was a no-show. I reached out to the recruiter and recruiting coordinator as well as the interviewer to try to get connected and got no response. The next day, the recruiting coordinator just responded with "Sorry about that" and proceeded to list times that interviewer could meet me. She then said the next interviewer that same day would need to reschedule too. I hadn't heard back on if they landed on a new time for both of the interviewers and it was already Thursday. I had to ask if I was still meeting with the hiring manager as it was unclear since I was supposed to meet with him last and the two interviewers before him were unconfirmed. I did end up meeting with him and he was under the impression I met with the entire panel already which was not the case. I never heard back from the recruiting team after this. The coordination was really poor and I feel my time was not at all respected. This was such a poor candidate experience and a complete waste of my time.
