Went through 3 steps. HR, coding challenge, then interview with the engineering team. Just ordinary questions about me and my projects. Wasn’t hard but I didn’t get hired. The whole process took couple of months.

They outsource the interview process to another company called Karat. Somebody from another country (either Africa or South Asia) will conduct the interview and ask you technical & coding questions. Coding question was a HackerRank question, and the first one was probably a medium difficulty. The second one was probably a hard and I wasn't able to solve it. The entire process feels very robotic, and the interviewer gives you no hints whatsoever. For the theoretical knowledge questions, if you don't start answering right away (less than 5s) he will just move on to the next question. Overall not a bad interview process, however you gotta be prepared.

These games involve tasks such as number calculating and finding similar graphs. The assessment aims to evaluate both technical skills and cognitive abilities.
