I received a call less than 24 hours after application, which was almost a full phone interview. I went in for a round 1 interview the following day. It seemed to go very well, I was invited back fro round 2 the next week (due to my availability), and I had to complete a personality and an aptitude test that was clearly downloaded, as it had American spelling - where's the attention to detail? In the round 2 interview some information seemed to differ. It seemed to go very well - there were some wanky questions, but I expected this. The said they would be in touch either way 'in a few days', but I didn't ever hear from them, nor did they call my references. It has been about 3 months. Pretty pathetic. In hindsight, I obviously dodged a bullet.

From the moment I was contacted by this place I noticed the desperation, it reeked of it! The questions were bizzare and a complete contradiction to the seek ads. I looked around and these guys have been trying to fill the client manager roles for years!! And the reviews back this up! I feel lucky that I trusted my instincts on rejecting an interview here otherwise I’d probably end up like the long list of churned and burned employees.
