It was standard. It was a one on one in person interview after a group phone interview. I was honest about my experience in both interviews. I was hired and most of the information I provided was forgotten or neglected once I was hired. I was told training would be provided but it wasn't and the lack of training once hired played a roll in my unhappiness with the company.
