After I submitted the job application, a recruiter reached out to me. I provided my availability and had an initial phone screen with the recruiter to go over my background.
the HR personel didn't really know methodology used in this role but asked questions just to tick boxes.... It felt impersonal, the metholody is in the CV and a bit loss of time.. For a big company i would expect a lot better HR interview

Very long interview process with 6 stages, last stage you need to reserve 5-6 hours (they expect you take this off as half a day or call in sick) for a case study that needs to be completed within 1 hour and presented to a panel.
