I had a terrible time with Spotter. At first, the recruiter seemed really accessible. We had a great Zoom interview with her and one of the owners. Then things got weird. I tried reaching out to the recruiter multiple times (I have documentation of my attempts) and wouldn't hear back from her at all. I ultimately called the owner I spoke to at the interview. He made it seem that I'd be hearing from him or the recruiter soon to check in but it's been about 3 weeks and I haven't heard a word. There are so many other better companies and recruiters who touch base with you weekly. Don't waste your time with Spotter. Very disappointed
