The interview process was a standard 3-4 step process. Phone screening, take-home assignment, meeting with the sales director, 3-person interview panel, then on-site meeting with the CEO. Process took 4.5 weeks. Although the recruiting team was super helpful and kept me updated the whole time, I was playing the waiting game for a solid month just to get rejected. I definitely wasted my time. I should have let this opportunity go when I had the chance, but in this current job market I was very hopeful.

Interviewed with various leadership team members across the company. Got a chance to learn how each team functions and get some insight into the competitive landscape. Everyone was passionate about their role and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say.
