Began with a phone call about a 1 1/2 weeks after I applied, I was called to come in for an interview which consisted of a 4-step process (same day), an assessment, writing samples via using their computer to complete, next the actual interview questionnaire, and lastly an in-person presentation of coordinating/managing a recruitment event.
I passed the assessment w/ flying colors, the writing samples were so/so, the interview questionnaire was 3-panel interviewers which felt more like a roast than a questionnaire not by all 3 interview staff but the hiring manager in particular. She came off very unwelcoming and arrogant. Finally, my in-person presentation of mimicking a recruitment event was outstanding and I received great feedback though the hiring manager stated she liked it, I believe she did not think I was a fit for the company considering trying to grill me during the 3-panel questionnaire.
I received a phone rejection approx. 5days later from their HR personnel. Overall the process was one that was unforgettable but I had a great time showing them what I was capable of. I wasn't selected but there is a reason for everything.
