The interview process was amazing with Spring Health. There were 5 stages of the interview: (1) Recruiter, (2) App Crit with hiring manager, (3) Portfolio presentation w/ broader team, (3) Cross-functional with PM and Eng, (4) Convo with the hiring manager, and (5) Convo with the skip level , VP of product. My recruiter was incredibly communicative. They answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed to be prepared going into my interviews. Everyone that I met on the team during my process asked great questions and always left time to answer questions I might have. I also expressed some concerns and asked tough questions in return, and I feel like I got thoughtful and honest answers – which I appreciated. Overall the process took about ~3 weeks start to finish, and it was one of the better hiring processes I have been through in my career.

Very thorough and supportive. They're always ready to answer any questions you might have or have tips for you for your interview. You get an overview of your potential teammates, your manager, and what project you'll be working on.
