After applying online, 1 week later I was contacted via email to interview. The zoom meeting was arranged. I was given 24 hours to do a presentation after inquiry. That should have been a red flag but I continued. During the interview, she was talkative until the camera came on and she saw my brown skin. She looked like she had seen a ghost. She started mumbling. I went on to interview with the Dean. After that I was supposed to do my presentation. I waited on the call for at least 10 minutes. After nobody came to the call I emailed the director about the presentation and asked did I still need to do the presentation. She responded no and that’s it. Apparently, Spring Hill does not embrace diversity, so they will be left behind.
