Was emailed a set of initial screening questions and a TEAM job compatibility assessment. Replied with an answers and was invited for a virtual interview. It was about 30 minutes and consisted mainly of logistical and behavioral questions. The next day I was sent a Caliper Behavioral Assessment to fill out. Was not asked back after that.
