The girls in the office were very friendly, however the owner who conducts the interview is intense, almost to the point of rude, during interview. Initial communication was with the property manager, who set up the interview and gave me instructions. Upon my arrival I met with the owner of the company for an interview. Her tactic is to try and degrade the interviewee as much as possible, pick apart their resume and experience to the point where they feel worthless, then offers the job. During my interview, I almost stormed out as she was asking very personal questions about my family, what my parents do for a living, and insulting their careers. This was very unprofessional and upsetting. She will pick apart your resume and education until you feel completely worthless, she will comment on your appearance (hair, skin color, makeup, clothing). She is very unprofessional.
