Two weeks after I submitted my application, the recruiter reached out to me for a 30-minute phone interview. The next day, he invited me for a skills test that had me analyze a data set and answer scenario questions according to the data, along with a couple of mock customer inquiry responses. The following day, the recruiter reached back out and asked me to participate in a verbal skills test which would have apparently been a mock call with someone on the Student Success team--they emailed me the background/scenario for the mock student, and as I was preparing I started to feel uncomfortable with how rushed the process was. Also, the recruiter had said that the salary range for the position was $40-65k, with the remote option starting at $40k (much lower than I expected), so I ended up withdrawing my application.
