The interview process was run by a Senior Art editor and a member from HR. They were very polite and focused to make you feel comfortable. The interview lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. After the interview an assessment on adobe illustrator followed which was about 30 minutes. The test was to create a figure based on an author's hand-drawn sample.

I was called for a screening call where I was asked basic questions about my interest in the role and the organisation. Following this, I was invited to complete a skill assessment over a period of 3 days. The task involved creating a vector illustration on Illustrator using an author sketch as reference.
