I applied online with my CV and cover letter. Then three weeks later, the HR arranged an online interview for me with the director. It was an online interview because of the work from home policy.

It took a few weeks to hear back after the application deadline. I was then invited to do a pre-interview task, and then for an interview based on the result of the pre-interview task.

During the interview, the questions were mostly about the pre-interview task to understand how the candidate went about it and some situational questions based on the task. As well as the standard questions about your interest in this field and why you want to work for the company.
