The three-step interview process, starts with an HR screening, followed by a 1 h interview with the team manager and finally meeting the team round. Competency-based questions followed by a general understanding of the journal publication process. Knowledge of end-to-end publication workflow would be highly advantageous.
I completed a three-round interview process. The first round of interview was with HR, followed by an interview with line manager, and finally, a discussion with the head of the department.

Friendly and professional. There was an initial interview with HR, followed by an interview with 3 potential superiors. If I had made the 3rd round, I would have met the team.

HR interview followed by Panel Interview. The HR asked basic questions regarding education and why I was interested. Few days after that, my panel interview was scheduled. And got to know of the selection almost a week after the interview. Was a great experience.
