Be prepared to move to or live in Springfield. Be prepared to know Spanish. If you don’t know Spanish, then you will need to know someone in the system to get you in the door. They ask you questions as if you’re interviewing for a CEO position, not some entry level position. They already know who they’re going to hire before the interviews. They interview a variety of people because they have to for ‘the numbers game’ in case they get state audited. There were 7 people in the interview. Unnecessary! Tax payers money wasted!
