It was an exhausting and worse experience. It had total of 4 rounds of technical. It took a month. Everytime had to call the hr for the date and time fir next round. And then he would decide the date. And in case I didn't call he wouldn't call me for 4 days!!!! We are already under pressure, takes leaves in our current job to study and plan things,, is this the way we should be treated? I qualified all rounds. And to schedule the managerial round he took another 2weeks without any information. Neither used to receive my call. I guess they hd received a candidate already so they were just ignoring me. Bt is it correct?!? is this expected from a company like sprinkle, where thry highlight so much about their values???Worst experience I ever had

Well, the interview was really really brief. I introduced myself for about 5 minutes and the actual interview only lasted for about 2-3 minutes during which time he asked around 20 different questions. Before I could answer a question, the interviewer jumped to the next question. Actual feedback review from the interviewer:
"You look really nervous and are not confident enough. You didn't give an answer to most of the questions"
Duh!! Well I guess, this is how a day looks like while working for Sprinklr. The manager gives you a job and expects you to finish it off, like right this moment.
I guess this is how a company which is valued at about a billion dollar operates and hires quality candidates. The engineering team and HR should really focus on taking quality interviews and making sure that the candidate actually gets a good candidate experience.
NOTE TO THE HR:
1) Please don't expect people to take half a day off from their daily jobs and then humiliate them by taking such annoying interviews.
2) You should really look at making sure that the employee taking the interview is well versed with the process, not some schmuck who thinks he's at the top of the world with his limited knowledge, just because he works at a multi billion dollar company.
3) This definitely falls into the category of harassment and I would like to take it up to the officials.

First round was Hackerrank test with Medium difficulty. (The questions were not properly explained in the test , I had to ask them to correct it. )
2nd round was Face to face discussion.
The interviewer arrived with a casual attitude and a laptop in his hand.
The behaviour of the interviewer was truly unprofessional. He was continuously chatting on his laptop and smiling while I was answering questions. He was barely listening to me.
After the first round he told me there is not one available to take the 2nd round, as the panel has gone for campus placement. I did not understand why did they call me if the panel was not available.
