It took a week to get the interview and the phone interview last for 20 minutes. The employer just asked some very basic things of my resume. Ask me to introduce myself. and asked my past experience of project management. Asked my career goal in 5 years and what is my weakness.

Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn.After 5 days I had first interview with team member.Although it says it is technical project manager in job description but it is for non tech people who has MBA,PMP,Scrum certification without tech background

Had 5 rounds in total, 3 rounds with reporting manager & product manager followed by round with VP and HR.
Initial screening and scheduling was seamless. Proper communication after every round in days time was conveyed
