Should teach their hiring managers to not ghost candidates when they commit to moving to the next step of the process. Hopefully they are not dropping the ball with their customers as they do their candidates.

How did you hear about Sprinklr/what do you know about the product.
The process was thorough and informative. I was able to speak with many parts of the revenue org outside of sales to get a real fit of the culture, performance, challenges, etc.. the leaders were transparent and gave good feedback throughout the process.
