Applied online. Got a phone call back from the HR within 2 weeks of application. After a week, HR notify me via email that I did not get the JOb.

I applied online. They sent me an assessment to complete. Once I completed it, the recruiter called and said I did exceptionally well and wanted to interview me. I agreed and by the end of the conversation, she said asked me if I would be willing to interview with the underwriting manager (Dana). I agreed and received a call from her the very next day. At the end of our conversation, the underwriting manager said she really likes me understands my though process. She said to expect a call back from the recruiter in the next few days. The recruiter ended up calling me less than an hour later and wanted to talk about compensation. We bounced some numbers back and forth. She said that she was going to get an offer signed off on by the VP and will get it to me within 2 days. I never heard from anyone after that. I followed up with an email from my personal account and an email through linkedIn. I called the recruiter after a couple days of not receiving a response and her voicemail was locked because it was full. It has been 4 weeks since I was told to expect an offer.
