-Applied through Angel List in May 2020 -Application was accepted Oct 2020, to which I sent a follow up asking when we could schedule a phone call. No response -Received a phone interview request in March 2021, at 9pm. It hadn't even been a full day since that email and the interviewer decided to send me a calendar invite setting a time for 3pm that day. I declined and gave him an alternate time. So they can ghost me for months but I have to reply in less than 12 hours? -Did the interview and heard back nothing, maybe I'll hear back in 2022. The interviewer was really nice, so I guess that's a plus. I'm not sure what happened with my application and why they thought it was okay to get back to me almost a year later and not even apologize or explain why it took so long.

It was a pretty general interview. Applied for a Full Stack Role at their Toronto office. Talked about soft skills and projects, and had one technical question based on arrays.
