After submitting an online application I was scheduled a phone interview at week later. The phone screening is brief and after that my interview was scheduled 2 weeks later. I applied for an opening at a brand new store, so interviews were conducted in mass, but in an organized fashion. You meet with Hr and management personnel who each assess your qualifications and ask a few personal questions. It was not stressful and everyone was kind and professional. They welcomed questions and presented an offer which I happily accepted.

Spoke to a recruiter, submitted my resume, and within a few days I was called in for a face to face interview. The manager was great I felt super excited and comfortable about the position. Follow up with a second interview, where I fell in love with the companies dynamic even more.
