The process starts with an initial conversation with a recruiter. The next interview will be with a department head and the final interview is the PMO manager and a PM team lead. My interviews were 45 mins and an hour long.

AMAZING! This interview process was great. From the initial meeting with the recruiter to the final interview, I felt like the company really thought about and implemented a process to make all communications and meetings feel easy and engaging. Every person I spoke with was also so kind and warm that it felt like a breath of fresh air. I didn't once feel like I was just another candidate competing, but instead felt like the people really were interested in getting to know about my skills and experience. 10/10 process, 100/10 people!

They asked to prepare for a scenario, had tremendous fun building a deck and talk track for it, and I think I did a great job. Also, the follow up questions during that didn't feel like it was something they had to ask, but were curious about and wanted more information on.

I was initially contacted by a recruiter and had not been familiar with SpryPoint prior to that outreach. Overall, the hiring process was efficient and well organized. During the first conversation, the recruiter shared a thorough overview of the role and company, and communication remained consistent throughout the process. She regularly checked in after each interaction and provided timely feedback following every interview.
The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening, an interview with a director, a take home assignment, and a final presentation of the assignment to a director and team lead.
