I've had an interview at Square Enix and it was most definitely the worst interview I've ever had. They gave requirements for a coding test and then rejected me because of additional requirements that they didn't communicate. Very unprofessional of them. Avoid interviewing with them at all costs.

The interview process was very straight forward. The people I met with were very nice and engaging.
They were able to answer all my questions and over all I had a positive vibe on the company culture.
