Had a phone interview with the external recruiter that went well. The company insisted I come in for face to face interview with the director of data. I turned up to the interview where I was told the person was supposed to be meeting was too busy. Had a pleasant chat with someone from the team. They were then clearly killing for time and pulled someone into the interview who admitted they hadn't read my CV. I told them I had to leave after an hour at which time the original director tried to cram in a technical interview into a discussion in a lift.
I was asked to give time to chat later that week to apologise for wasting my time wherein they told me they then couldn't find the time until the new year. Not heard anything since.
Absolute waste of time, completely unprofessional
