Candidates were pre-qualified with an initial call with the Hiring Manager. She introduced the company structure, the role and what kind of responsibilities were involved. This was followed by a panel-structured interview. It wasn't a simple QA, in fact the team was very friendly and we just had a flowing discussion on what my role within the company would be.
