Each stage lasted 1 hour. At the end, they send feedback with the main points to the unsuccessful candidates.

The loop interviews were particularly impressive. The language-specific discussion was deep and thoughtful, covering core concepts and best practices. The DSA round included a graph problem (finding a path from point A to point B), which was challenging but fair and well-presented. The system design interview encouraged structured thinking and open discussion about trade-offs and scalability. The communication and leadership round felt like a genuine conversation about collaboration, ownership, and teamwork rather than a rigid behavioral checklist. The process concluded with a short follow-up call with HR, which was clear and respectful of my time. All stages were conducted in a friendly and professional manner. The interviewers were engaged, supportive, and genuinely interested in the discussion. Overall, it was one of the most well-organized and positive interview experiences I’ve had.
