However, for over three months I’ve been told that the next stage would be scheduled, but despite regular follow-ups, it still hasn’t happened. It felt humiliating to constantly ask for an update on the application. It has now been more than three months since the process began, which feels unnecessarily drawn out. The role continues to be advertised, which makes the situation unclear and disheartening for candidates investing their time and energy. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of clarity made the overall experience feel unprofessional, which is a shame because it looks like a great company. I think the recruitment process needs to be better structured and more transparent, as the current format drags on and leaves candidates uncertain for months...
