I was interviewed over the phone. The hiring manager was very friendly. She immediately sent me a LinkedIn request. Her questions were very relevant to the position applied for. she really made it easy to discuss my skills, but do not let your guard down.

Organized and quick (took 2 weeks). First took a screen call, which was standard. Next took a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager. Finally, met with apartment head and HR
