I applied online on their site. There were 3 interviews (1 phone, and 2 in-person). Their HR/talent recruitment team reached out via email to set up an initial phone call. The call was about 30 minutes, the recruiter asked my experience, my career plan, and why I'm leaving my current job. At the end of the call I was invited for an in-person interview at their HQ with the hiring manager (one on one). About a week later, I was invited (via e-mail) for a 2nd to meet with another manager. The next day, the recruiter contacted me for the offer. Throughout the process, the recruiter is your go-to person for questions and the next steps. The interview process felt easy to me because I had a lot of relevant experience that they were looking for.
