For the interview I shadowed around the department for an hour getting to know exactly what I would be doing if I got the job. They really wanted me to get the flow of the department because there were only two techs and they want the department to run smoothy after that they took me upstairs to meet with the manager and there I was asked several questions.

The interviewers were courteous, patient, and kind. They answered any questions I had to the best of their ability. Overall, the interview was brief but focused. They did not press me with any hypothetical questions, only asking what my goals were.
