Decision was not made until many weeks after interviews with no communication in the interim. Cause was interviewers not being held accountable for submitting their feedback in a timely manner.

Applied via St. Jude's career website. Took perhaps several weeks to hear back but proceeded smoothly from there. Typical phone screen followed by a full day plus on-site meeting with faculty and staff. Second on-site visit was 1.5 days. All handled very professionally. About 2-2.5 months from initial interview to accepted offer.
