I was interviewed in a horribly messy office that is the size of a large closet. It has racks of clothing lining the walls, which are themselves covered with huge dry erase boards that they use to write out their schedule.
For a "nationwide company," I found it a little bizarre that they do not use computer based scheduling/staff management software. The only way the supervisors communicate the schedule back and forth is by taking pictures of the walls and texting it to each other. Pretty sad!
After a 15-20 minute interview I was hired on the spot and given a 50 page "hiring packet" to fill out. I did not receive a copy of anything that I signed and was never issued an employee handbook or policy manual.
I was severely unimpressed with the company and still am, but it is ridiculously easy cash!
