Applied on 08/15/2011 for seasonal position, was hired to start work on 11/5/2011 at 5:30am. A couple days before I was to start work I was contacted and told to come in at 10:30pm. I told them I could only work weekend day shift due to already having a job Monday through Friday working day shift. I was then told to start work on 11/19/2011 at 5:30am but that I would have to retake a drug test because it would be over 90 days since I had taken the initial drug test. Was called on 11/18/2011 to verify that I would be showing up for the job the next day. They then informed me that they had more people coming in for jobs than they had openings for, so I should be there early. I got to job site at 5:05am, at 5:30am myself along with 7 other people were called out and sent home due to them only having 50 job openings and we were the last 8 people to sign in that morning. We were then told to call our recruiter and we would be paid for 2 hrs that morning and would be rescheduled to come in the next morning to start work. Called the recruiter and was then told that there were no more job opening for weekend days.
I feel that this has been a very bad experience with Staff Management. I would not recommend them to anyone.

You will get a phone call coming from another state, which i believe is the corporate office and does a little questions about your previous experience and will refer you to another hiring manager. The in person interview also does the drug test and I was met with other folks to meet at a local coffee spot.
