02/13/2019: Received a email from a Company Recruiter to schedule a telephone interview. Responded via email immediately to schedule date & time for telephone interview.
02/14/2019: Telephone interview. During this stage the Recruiter talked about my previous experience, the Company, the role, asked different customer service questions, asked different scenario questions, etc. This phone call lasted about 1 hour, and 15 minutes.
02/19/2019: Received a email from the Executive Director to schedule a webcam interview. Responded via email immediately to schedule a date & time.
02/21/2019: Webcam interview with the Executive Director and Managing Director of the Department. During this interview we talked about the Company, the role, my resume, asked different customer service questions, different scenario questions, how my background matches the company, a couple yes/no questions. This phase lasted for 1 hour.
02/22/2019: Received an email from the Managing Director to schedule another webcam interview. Responded via email immediately with date & time.
02/28/2019: Webcam Interview with (2) current Staffing Implementation Managers. During this interview I was able to ask both any general questions about the Company, the role, etc. This phase lasted 1 hour.
03/01/2019: Received an email from the Managing Director to request references.
03/11/2019: The Executive Director called to ask some follow up questions, open the conversation for me to ask any last minute questions. Then concluded the telephone call with a offer.
03/15/2019: Received offer via email, and paperwork to start the on-boarding process.
04/01/2019: First day!
