The interview process took about 2 minutes in tern wasting each others time. No in depth questions were asked nor previous work experience. The HR rep. really was interested in getting a " feel" for personality which is something I agree must be done but it must not be the only element during an interview. I made a follow-up and no contact was made. The position was closed a few months after.

I was offered a job on the spot, which should have been a red flag. However, the Vice President was very professional and nice. He asked me to join his team in a very convincing way and was very polite.
